About Sylvia

Hi, I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, certified Life Coach, and NLP Practitioner, based in Portland, Oregon. I provide hypnotherapy and coaching services to people locally, or from any location in the world. My mission at Sublime Life is to help you release the emotional baggage you’ve carried around for too long, and find your inner peace, freedom, and joy. With the help of hypnotherapy, you can free your mind, and start living a life filled with more love and happiness.

I have been there. I was constantly unhappy; I criticized myself all the time, and I lived with a lot of pain and stress. I always carried a sense of insecurity because of my childhood. I thought there was no way out. Hypnotherapy saved me. I was hoping to find something “fast and magical” to help with my problems. I was pleasantly surprised to discover, with only five sessions of hypnotherapy, my mind experienced a relief and freedom that I’d never had in my life. And from there, I was able to start reforming my life, and design a life I love.

I was so amazed by the power of hypnotherapy, I’ve since dedicated myself to learning the practice so I can help others. I help individuals get through challenging times in life and bring out the light and hope in their mind. It is my biggest joy to witness the transformation in the people I work with.
